Changes to local health care

Chair of the Central and North West Queensland Medicare Local has today said the organisation and its Board would work with government to ensure a smooth move to the evolving primary health care structure for its region.
“We don’t have a lot of details about the actual changes to Medicare Locals as yet. We expect this may take a while to be worked through the Department,” Mr Barwick said.
