Population Health Data Compilation
CNWQML, the region’s primary health care organisation, is seeking assistance from suitably qualified consulting firms to compile a population health data base to enable an accurate needs assessment for communities across Central and North West Queensland.
CNWQML is seeking the services of a consulting firm, research institution or a suitably qualified and experienced individual to work with our population health planner in the initial data compilation phase to identify needs and collate data collection tools for further data collections.
Interested firms, institutions or individuals should obtain an indicator list, data collection templates and discuss further details before submitting service profile / CV and a quote. Submissions should be received by close of business Friday 31st January, 2014.
